How to order
Use our website to create and place your order. You are not required to have an account to use the website to assemble an order. We only ask you to register an account when you get to the checkout stage. We have listed courier fee less than 50KGS on website, if you need customized packaging and quantity is more than 50KGS, you can contact with us by email, we attempt to respond to E-mail within a few hours but no longer than one business day. Of course, if you need us to arrange for other shipping way, you can contact with us by email too.
Product Samples
Pls send email to us directly, we can offer 1~2 free samples, but you should undertake the courier fee. Courier fee will be USD20.00~USD60.00 according to your located address. We don’t offer China Air Mail post for sending samples!
Shipping and Handling Charges
The shopping cart is generally capable of providing international shipping rates with JCEX (www.jcex.com ). Please contact us about international shipping rates if the shopping cart is unable to automatically rate the shipment.
Customer is responsible for all Duties and Taxes.
Delivery of Your Order and Shipping Time
We attempt to ship out your order within 7days on weekdays, excluding holidays.
JCEX is International Express service, they have cooperated with UPS, TNT, FEDEX, DHL etc. All courier orders, we’ll choose JCEX to deliver the goods to your hand. Shipping time will be about 5~20days according to different country and address.

Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased [excluding merchantability and fitness (see above)], we will be happy to accept your returning, but you should undertake all shipping cost and all duties and taxes. Returns are not allowed on special order containers that have been printed, labeled, or modified for you unless the problem with the container is due to an error on our part. Returns are not accepted due to incompatibility with your product: Product testing with a container is solely your responsibility, and we strongly recommend that you thoroughly test your product with container options prior to any volume purchase.
You must contact us prior to returning products for our approval before shipping product back to us. Otherwise we will refuse to receive your shipment into our facility. Please call us to arrange to return product to us. We’ll refund the money after receiving your return goods and calculating all cost occurring.
